My Approach:
Have you been feeling lost, afraid, or disconnected from yourself and others? Are you grappling with hopelessness due to your current distress or experiencing anxiety at work, home, or school? I specialize in working with individuals who have undergone traumatic experiences, particularly those that have impacted their ability to authentically connect with others. Additionally, I have experience working with couples where one or both partners are facing challenges related to trauma, who may be finding it difficult to connect with each other. Additionally, I provide support to individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions.
My goal is to provide you with a healing and secure space where you can freely express yourself and navigate through challenging life circumstances. Understanding that these issues can be intricate, I take a holistic approach. My emphasis is on collaborating with you to identify patterns, utilizing a strengths-based, relational approach to support your healing journey from the circumstances contributing to your current distress.
