    My Approach:

No matter what you are going through and prompting you to reach out for help, know that you don’t have to go through things alone. Have you been feeling lost, afraid, or disconnected with yourself and your loved ones? Are you experiencing a difficult life transition, or dealing with the pain and grief of losing a loved one? My hope is to provide you with a healing space to process and find solutions that work for you. Therapy is a collaborative, open space for you to explore how you can meet yourself with more compassion. My approach is to help you meet the goals you have for yourself and your relationships. I integrate specialized interventions and techniques from a Family Systems approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Psychotherapy.

    Credentials and Professional Experience:

I am an Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in the state of Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services degree from Clayton State University, and my Master of Education and Educational Specialist degrees in Counselor Education from Clemson University. My primary clinical experience has been working in the settings of the inpatient psychiatric hospital, other medical settings, and a college counseling center. I provide psychotherapy for clients with a wide range of life concerns.
