My Approach:
The hustle of life keeps us busy and disconnected. Feeling connected to friends, family and most importantly ourselves become harder with so many life distractions. I hope to offer you a space to slow down and connect with your emotions. My overall goal is for you to unpack unfinished business, frustrating situations, or process your anxiety, depression, anger, or sadness.
I use an eclectic approach so I can best fit my client’s needs. My integrated therapeutic approach pulls from Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Mindfulness practices. I am dedicated to working together with my clients to identify goals, implement change, and overcome barriers to help one live their most desired life.
