What Therapy Costs

Most sessions fall within the following ranges:

Individual Therapy       $150–$205 per session
Couples / Family Work       $175–$225 per session

Rates vary based on therapist experience, specialty, and session type. Once we understand your needs, we’ll help you find the best clinical match and clarify the exact fee before you begin.You’re not committing to anything just by asking — reach out, explore options, and decide from there.

Accessible Options & Flexible Support

If cost feels like a barrier, please tell us. We offer:

  • Sliding scale consideration when available

  • Support in navigating reimbursement

  • Referrals if a lower-fee option may serve you better

Insurance & Reimbursement

We are an out-of-network practice, but many clients receive partial or full reimbursement through their insurance provider.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You pay at the time of session

  2. We provide a Superbill for insurance submission

  3. Your plan may reimburse a portion to you

Coverage depends on your plan, deductible, and diagnosis requirements — we’re happy to walk you through the process step-by-step.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of session (credit/debit, HSA/FSA accepted).

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid the full session fee.

  • Late cancel/no-show fees help us hold space responsibly for all clients.
